Tool is in good cosmetic condition and complete, however it won't spin for me with a battery installed.
I suspect this might be an extremely easy fix for someone capable and with a little bit of time to do it.
Has a spool of string loaded.
Features an adjustable shaft, adjustable handle , and adjustable head for edge work.
