Solid & Tight. Good Useable Condition. Blued Finish has cosmetic issues of Rust.. from staining and speckling up to actual patches of Rust Pitting. Collet housing has a dent in back from an impact years ago. All I had to do was remove a small burr and everything worked as it should again. Read condition description above.
