These are items that most of the time work just fine and there isn't anything wrong with them. So rather than end up in a land fill, we resell the items that work. Just because these items were bought before and returned or the box was damaged in some way doesn't mean they still can't be used. So please, it is very important to read everything in the description to make sure you know exactly what you are getting before bidding. Because these are from shelf pulls, damage box or store return there is chance that it could be missing some of the small pieces. When an item is tested, We will always make sure that it powers on. If when testing the item, a device is available to connect to we will make note of it in the description and note how it worked. When testing, not ever function can be tested, as that would take to long. However we test as many of the functions as possible and include what was tested in the description of the item. If you should receive an item and not all the functions should work please contact us before leaving negative feedback or opening a case with Pricetronic. All we ask is that you will give us the chance to correct this without Pricetronic involvement. It is very important for us to give nothing but 5 star service. We know that some of the items we sell are listed as "New Other", that is because it is still in the original packaging with instructions, and looks as though it has never been used. This shows no signs of use at all. This was plugged in and it does work. This comes in the original manufactures box. This comes with only the items shown in photo's. This has been visually checked and/or tested . All the items that we sell are visually inspected. However not all items are tested. If an item is tested we will make a note of the testing and include it in the description. We sell items like this " as is " with  returns accepted. If you should receive your item and you feel that it is not as described, please , before opening a case or leaving less than positive feedback, send us an e-mail. We also test as many of these items that we can one last time before we ship them to ensure that the item you have purchased is working properly. Some boxes may be damaged and/or missing paperwork. We can not test all the items we sell for full functionality, it would take too long. We do our best to describe what we see accurately but If we miss something, We are only human. Shipping Shipping costs vary depending on the size of the item. We will ship priority mail when we can. We try to keep shipping cost as low as possible so not all items will ship USPS Priority Mail. We also use UPS or FedEx for shipping. Shipping is at our discretion. 99.9% of all shipments are sent within 24 hours of payment. We do shipping Monday-Friday, If you pay on Friday afternoon the package will go out Monday. Delivery can take anywhere from 2-10 days depending on where you live. UPS ground does not deliver on weekends or to PO boxes. Hawaii, Alaska  are excluded from shipping. Tracking information can be found in the item details page after purchase. You will see that the tracking information is provided as soon as payment is made and ready for shipping. Shipping insurance: All items will carry the usual shipping insurance of that provider. We only ship to the confirmed address you have in E-bay and Pay Pal. QUESTIONS: We encourage you to ask any questions you may have, please don't assume anything.
