These large lots that are purchased consist of warehouse overstock, and\or discontinued, and\or consumer returns. The items are in large boxes and all are mixed, loose, inventory. This means that even a brand new item may have a scuffed up box due to the packing method of the supplier. For that I am sorry, and it is not every item just be warned the outer package may be scuffed/worn/torn/ and/or dented. All within reason, obviously I won’t ship out something with a destroyed box and try to pass it of as new. We are talking cosmetic damage to the outer package not total carnage. If an item is obviously still completely sealed and unopened it is listed as new. If the package looks like it might have been opened, has been opened, has a tear or any SERIOUS damage to the package , but the item inside is complete and in pristine condition, it is listed as new open box. This is of course after testing and cleaning to ensure the item is both functional and sanitary upon arrival. If an item looks to have been used it is thoroughly tested and cleaned and listed as used. If an item is damaged and can easily be repaired, it is repaired then thoroughly tested and cleaned and listed as seller refurbished.
