This item comes as seen in the pics and is brand new and unused without any original packaging. This is a replacement charger and is an original authentic Philips Norelco product part number HQ840 . This charger is made for Philips Norelco  models MG3750 and MG3760 and will not fit any others. Hey all! New seller here attempting my hand at this thing.
