16 inch bowl can fit approximately 6-8 ounces of untrimmed flowers. Turn it on for a minute then reverse direction for another minute and it's done. Variable speed knob to control how fast it turns. Flip to the side and open side door the product will slide right out once finished. Attach any mesh bubble bag or trash bag to collect all the trim underneath.
