Great tool for trimming around things that you don't want to risk using your high speed spinning trimmer around. Bought for my wife to use, so if you have small hands, you have to use one hand to press the safety switch and the other to activate "cut" mode, but it will lock in that position until you release the button, freeing you other hand to get in the way of the blades, like my wife did. Fortunately, she just cut the skin, and not the whole finger off. Do not put your fingers near the blades, just sayin', as this is a legit cutting tool. Wife loves it.
