SHIPPING INFORMATION Ground Shipping Smaller items will be shipped via UPS, FEDEX, or USPS depending on the overall size, weight, and quantity of your order. Ground shipments will have tracking numbers available as well as timely service, usually 3-7 days in transit. Freight Shipping Machines and other heavy items are shipped via freight and will arrive crated and palletized. Freight deliveries are for curbside delivery only (residential, remote area, inside delivery or white-glove services are not included). Delivery usually take 7-10 business days; some items will take longer, based on your location. Important Information For Freight Shipments If you are in an area with limited access or outside of the delivery zone, it may be necessary to pick up your shipment at the nearest freight terminal. We will not be responsible for or compensate for additional delivery fees in these areas. If this is a concern, please contact us, and we will discuss this with the freight company. Prior to delivery, the shipping company will contact you to schedule a time to drop off your delivery. For this reason, it’s extremely important to provide your main contact number and an alternate at the time of check out. For freight shipments going to a residential address, the shipping company will call you the day your order is delivered at the local terminal to schedule a delivery appointment. All residential freight shipments require an appointment to be delivered. Oftentimes, the estimated delivery date on the carrier tracking will be incorrect because of the appointment policy. Do not make arrangements to stay at home to accept delivery until the shipping company calls you to set an appointment. Shipping Damage Please inspect your o upon receipt and contact us immediately in the case of any damage. In the unfortunate event that damage occurs in shipping, we will require pictures of the damaged area as well as pictures of the outside and inside packing material in order to process a claim with the shipping company.
